This hotel in Carrickfergus is a great find! the location is fantastic, situated by the side of the marina and near the harbour with several shops nearby. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Finally, the rooms on the second floor are spacious and comfortable, with a large TV screen and the ability to control the temperature. Oh, and the breakfast? Absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All was perfect during our stay at this hotel.

The hotel's location in the heart of Carrickfergus is perfect, with shops, the town centre, and the picturesque harbour just a stone's throw away. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the friendly staff goes out of their way to assist with any needs. the delicious breakfast at the Brewers Fayre restaurant is a great way to start the day. Plus, being close to the train station makes exploring the area hassle-free.
While the hotel offers great amenities and service, the price for a disabled room seemed quite high, especially for those who don't require the specific features.

Nice views and comfortable bed, but….On the whole our stay was pleasant, and we couldn’t fault the stunning views and comfy bed which was great after long days of exploring. The location was also great, just a short walk from the beach making it an ideal spot for those looking for a beach holiday. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus and we were able to connect to it easily.
But the service at the restaurant left us feeling dissatisfied. The staff were unfriendly, unapproachable and unhelpful.
